Service is ok, but they are kind of on the slow slide. Other than that, they are good. Food tastes very delicious and order is usually correct.
I was able to online order and beat the line of all the band kids but I did not get the drink I ordered
New girl on register. She didnt know how to ring stuff up and got part of the order wrong. She should have had someone training her. The lobby and drink area were dirty. Seemed to be ample people working just not a priority. The I've machine seemed to be broken and the soda machine didnt give ice either.
I love zaxbys, but this was by far the worst zaxbys I have ever eaten at or been to. My husband and I couldn't even finish our food. The fries were burned, the chicken tasted like cigarettes and the cups smelled musty. It took at least 20 minutes to get our food and if we ever needed something it took a long time. They were obviously very disorganized and frazzled in the back. Very disappointing.
Went through the drive through and it took 15 minutes to get our food!! The cashier told us to park up front because the chicken tenders were cooking and we waited for about 10 minutes before I went in and asked about it. They said they didn't know where we parked and yet no one came out to look. The food was soggy and old tasting. Terrible. And they didn't put the ranch in which I specifically asked for. Very disappointed
