Our teenage son had a knee injury that required several months of therapy here. I can tell you Shannon went above and beyond to explain things on a level we could understand and took great care of our son. We feel like he had a genuine concern for his well being. If we ever need anyone to have therapy in our home again this is the place we will be going. From the front office ladies to the therapists here, these people are all friendly and there to help you.
All the staff are looking out for your best interest. They are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I've used Advance Rehab before and when the need for therapy arose I chose Advance again . For me all the staff is new except Shannon and he hasn't changed. He still remembered me and my late husband. I'm getting to know everyone else and I will continue to use Advance when needed...
