I broke down 14 April, 2017 and had my Lexus towed to Tri Star. Phil was as nice as could be, but after 3 months and many calls and apologies from Phil, I finally had the car towed 2 hours to home where the car was repaired. I was out about $800 to Phil and $3,000 to the local auto rental place. I think if Phil had his way, the car would STILL be there.
Extremely friendly and professional staff. My brother's car broke down nearby when fleeing Florida from hurricane Irma and the owner was extremely informative and helpful. I had to drive over four hours to pick my brother up and was terrified that getting his car fixed there, so far from my house, would be a mission or nightmare. On the contrary, the owner was able to acquire a rear end for my brother's 2002 Montero sport and was always readily available to answer all of our questions. The price was fair and service was incredible. Thank you for saving my brother and I! We are extremely appreciative and grateful for your service. Thanks again and God bless!
They do not even deserve 1 star. The price I was quoted and the price I paid were not nearly the same. Now my mom's car was not fixed and is still not fixed on original problem and now suddenly something else is wrong while they have it. NEVER ever AGAIN
I am new to the Adairsville area and I was not sure where to take my car when my alternator went bad yesterday. I called first thing this morning and they got me in as soon as I could get my car over to them! I took my car in around 11:30 and got it back before 2! The service was amazing and the pricing was fair! Hopefully my car does not break down again but if it does I know where I will be taking it!
