Thank you for being a McDonald's that I didn't have to have any issues at. Usually there is something wrong like not napkins or a long wait but this wasn't one of those times. McDonald's is great because they keep it simple and that's all I want when I come.
Passing thru we stopped here to get a bite to eat around 3am on Nov 19th. Ordered fries, a mcdouble, and a half sweet tea/half unsweetened tea. We get our order and the tea was just plain sweet tea so I asked for regular tea instead which is too sweet for my taste. The guy working said no problem and refilled the drink...it was still sweet tea. Then we go to eat our food and the fries we old and shriveled. By that I mean they were the size of steak n shake fries and they tasted different than any McDonald's fries I've ever had. Went to eat my mcdouble and the patties on this thing were the size of the sausage patties they use for breakfast. Again, never seen that before at a McDonald's. Took a bite and the meat tasted very old. We literally didn't eat any of the food and it all went into the garbage. Someone at their corporate office needs to look into this and make sure they are actually selling McDonald's brand food because nothing seemed consistent with the McDonald's brand.
On October 20th at 18:00 I ordered food. I received one bag of two. Two employees argued with me about the missing food and the manager made me go out to my car to show that I did not have the rest of the food. No one apologized for the wasted time, the food that grew cold while waiting for the remade food, and the service was genuinely unpleasant. They treated me like a criminal demanding free food when I was just trying to get the food that I paid for. This McDonald's is not normally like this and I'm appalled at the two employees and one manager's behaviour. I felt ashamed and angry and felt absolutely awful when I left. I wasn't trying to get free food. I just wanted the food that I paid for.
very poor service very poor service. Don't bother trying to refill your coffee there. Not going to happen. Don't expect pancake syrup with your hot cakes. Or a clean place to sit
Love the people. Just slow at times and 1 out 10 times food is little cold. But don't happen often
